Text Box: Installation Instructions: 1)      Save the attachment on the email sent to you from install@LeanEnterpiseToolbox.com to your hard drive. 2)      Find the Lean Enterprise Toolbox Software.zip folder you saved on your hard drive and double click on it 3)      Click on the ‘Extract all files’ and follow the onscreen directions to create a destination directory where you want to unzip the files to 4)      Open Excel 5)      You will need to have  your excel macro security set to at least the medium level, which will give you a warning each time you try to run a macro.  To set this security level in Excel 2003, click on Tools > Macro > Security from the toolbar and choose the medium level of security. 6)      From The File > Open dropdown toolbar in excel, find the extracted folder you just created on your hard drive and open the ‘Install LETB VB003’ file 7)      You will more than likely get a popup message that warns you about Excel macros (Based on the security levels you just set).  When this message comes up, click on ‘Enable Macro’ 8)      You should get a message that all the files have been correctly copied to your computer 9)      Follow this on screen message and open the ‘Lean Enterprise Software VB003’ from the Start > Program Files > Lean Enterprise Software folder 10)   You will once again receive the security message for Excel Macros.  Click ‘Enable Marco’ to start the Lean Enterprise Toolbox. 11)   Enter your Product Key that was sent to you in a separate email and click next (Make sure you match capitalization, note there are only zeros in your product code) 12)   Follow the on screen instruction to email the information provided to Install@LeanEnterpriseTeam.com 13)   When you have sent the email, click Finish.  You have now completed the first step of the installation process and your software is now ready to temporarily use. (Note: The next time you open the software, a screen will pop up asking you to enter your Product Code.  The Product Code will be/has been sent to you in a separate email from Install@LeanEnterpriseTeam.com.  If you have not received your Product Code yet, you can click ‘Continue without Product Code’ if you want to use the software.) 14)   When you have received your second email with the Product Code, enter this value when you open Lean Enterprise Toolbox (Not you have 2 days from the time you originally install the program until you must enter this second Product Code) 15)   Your installation is now complete
